Revolutionizing Health & Longevity
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
A HEALTHIER FUTURE FOR ALL
Wellness Estates™ is more than a residence—it’s a long-term investment in the health, vibrancy, and resilience of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
By repurposing the Old Hospital Site into a hub for wellness living and medical innovation, this project addresses real local needs while creating new opportunities for care, employment, and community connection. It builds on the site’s legacy as a place of healing and reimagines it as a space that serves both today’s residents and future generations.

01
Job Creation
Wellness Estates™ is expected to generate 45–55 full-time equivalent jobs, ranging from administrative and clinical roles to operational, hospitality, and maintenance positions. These are stable, community-based roles that support both skilled professionals and local service providers.
03
Creating Opportunities for Modern Living
Niagara-on-the-Lake is evolving, and so are the needs of its residents. As more people choose to call this community home—whether young professionals, growing families, or aging adults—the demand for accessible housing and integrated healthcare is rising. This project supports a vibrant, inclusive future where people of all ages can stay connected to what matters most: family, friends, and the familiar charm of NOTL.
05
A Ripple Effect of Wellness
This project isn’t gated or exclusive—it’s designed to enhance community health access, bring new health services to Niagara-on-the-Lake, and promote a culture of proactive, preventative care. Even non-residents can benefit from services offered through RegenaLife and Discseel, making this a shared resource for the broader region.
02
Support for Local Businesses
The construction and operation of the site will boost demand for local trades, suppliers, wellness practitioners, and hospitality partners. Gatta Homes, a trusted Niagara builder, leads the development, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the local economy.
04
A Thoughtful, Sustainable Use of Land
Revitalizing the Old Hospital Site aligns with the town’s goals of smart redevelopment and sustainable land use. By converting an underutilized property into a wellness-forward residence, we add value without placing added pressure on schools, traffic infrastructure, or greenfield lands.
06
Supporting Municipal Sustainability
Wellness Estates will contribute to a stronger local economy by increasing the municipal tax base. With new residential units and a mix of integrated services, the development will generate ongoing property tax revenue—funds that support local infrastructure, parks, emergency services, and other community priorities. This long-term revenue stream strengthens the Town’s ability to invest in what matters most to residents.
